GradeForAI is operated by Layered Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use gradeforai.com.

Information We Collect

When you run a scan: We collect the URL you submit. We scan the publicly available content of that website to generate an AI Agent Preference Score. We do not access private pages, login-protected areas, or any content not available to a standard web crawler.

When you provide your email: We collect your email address to deliver your score results and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates about your score and the AI Agent Preference benchmark. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you purchase a report: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Automatically: We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior. No keystrokes in password fields are recorded. Clarity uses first-party cookies for session identification. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or through our cookie consent banner.

How We Use Your Information

To generate and deliver your AI Agent Preference Score and reports
To send you your results via email
To produce aggregate benchmark data (all individual business data is anonymized in public reports)
To improve the scanning tool and website experience
To communicate product updates if you have opted in

What We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

We publish aggregate, anonymized benchmark data (average scores by vertical, city, and dimension). Individual business scores are never published without consent.

Data Storage

Scan results and account data are stored on secured servers. We retain scan data to provide historical scoring and benchmark comparisons. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@gradeforai.com.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity uses first-party cookies for session analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used on this site.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email hello@gradeforai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

State Privacy Rights
